No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Human Dynamix digital products, including courses and programs, are final.
Once access has been granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
License and Usage
Digital products are licensed for personal, non-transferable use only.
Sharing, reselling, or distributing content or login access is strictly prohibited.

Physical Products
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period for physical products, starting from the date you receive your order.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

The product must be in original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or used.
Return Shipping

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
