Human Dynamix Athletes: creator terms

By applying you confirm that you are 18 or older and you grant Human Dynamix (Sam Sankarey trading as Human Dynamix, Voorburg, the Netherlands) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence without time limit to use, edit and publish the photos and videos you upload for this programme, in all media and on all channels, including paid advertising (for example on Meta, TikTok and YouTube), our website and email. We may credit you by your name or @handle where we use your footage, including on our creator page, and name you as a partner in Meta partnership ads. If you remove that partnership link in Meta, your name will no longer appear on those ads, but this licence stays in place. You confirm the footage is your own and shows only you, or other adults who agreed to appear in it, and to the extent permitted by law you will not object to edits that do not harm your reputation. Your compensation for the raw clips is the product you receive; there is no payment, fee or commission for the raw clips or for any use of them by us, including in paid ads and in partnership ads that show your name, however often or however well those ads run. Any extra pairs or exposure are at our discretion. We ask you to upload your clips within 21 days of receiving your pair. If you can't, just let us know. If you choose to join our programme on Trybe, any commission there is separate, is governed only by the Trybe terms, and applies only to ads you make and upload yourself on Trybe, not to ads we make from your raw clips. We process your details under our privacy policy. Dutch law applies.

Nederlandse samenvatting: Je bent 18+ en geeft Human Dynamix een licentie om je clips wereldwijd en zonder einddatum te gebruiken, ook bewerkt, in alle kanalen en ook in betaalde advertenties. We mogen je naam of @handle vermelden waar we je beelden gebruiken (ook op onze creatorpagina) en je noemen als partner in Meta-partnershipads; haal je die koppeling weg, dan blijft de licentie gewoon gelden. We vragen je je clips binnen 21 dagen na ontvangst te uploaden; lukt dat niet, laat het ons weten. Je vergoeding voor de ruwe clips is het gratis product: geen betaling of commissie, ook niet als we je clips in betaalde of partnership-ads gebruiken. Extra paren of exposure zijn een gunst, geen recht. Doe je mee aan Trybe, dan geldt de commissie daar alleen voor ads die je zelf maakt en uploadt, volgens de Trybe-voorwaarden.

Deine Vergütung für die Rohclips ist das kostenlose Produkt: keine Bezahlung und keine Provision, auch nicht, wenn wir deine Clips in bezahlten oder Partnership-Anzeigen nutzen. Weitere Paare oder Reichweite sind freiwillig, kein Anspruch. Machst du bei Trybe mit, gilt die Provision dort nur für Anzeigen, die du selbst erstellst und hochlädst, nach den Trybe-Bedingungen.
